I have no intention of this book just being another book lost in the bookcase.

Unlike many books, this is laid out slightly differently to promote and encourage change. For you to understand and grasp the ideas and concepts to fulfill your own personal goals. I am not going to baffle you with long words and strange concepts to exercise.
